Amazing service!! They aren't called Royalty for nothing! The level of customer service is truly superior. I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning and they stayed in constant communication while they worked on my vehicle. I mean you can't beat it. AND they washed and vacuumed my truck! AND they gave me a rose when I came to pick my truck up. I don't think I'll take my vehicles anywhere else. AND Marly the rep who assisted me was outstanding 👏🏽 👌 ✨️

Royalty always does right by me. I've had my truck serviced by them a couple times now, and it's reliable, quality work. Their advisory team and mechanics are all cool people, and they put the extra effort in for the customer.

My F-350 broke down in St Mary's as I was passing through headed back to Fla. I left my truck in a safe place and called someone to pick me up. The next business day I looked up auto repair and Royalty came up with great reviews. I called and spoke with Marley. Marley was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable! She was great in communicating and very responsive to my needs! She took care of everything from getting my vehicle towed, repaired, and was also just as maticulous in every detail. I felt like she was family and earned my trust within the first 15 minutes of speaking with her. While my truck was being repaired, the owner found an issue but since they couldn't reach me, he made the call to do the work and gave me the option to pay for it or not since it wasn't approved. I feel like that was a great choice and way to handle that process. GREAT JOB ROYALTY, THANK YOU!!
