Royalty has been my go-to mechanic for my pickups for six years. Their customer focus is unparalleled. Their staff seems genuinely happy to work there - - the best indicator of a well-run business. I don't doubt my "new" 2008 model pickup will last me the rest of my life. They thoroughly evaluated the truck when I first brought it in; they created a list of maintenance items with estimated costs for each repair described. Sherwood then explained in layman's terms what each item meant and, more importantly, how pressing the item was - - must be done now, nice to do in the near future, or don't worry about it unless you get really motivated to have a vehicle at 100 percent peak performance.
