I appreciate that honesty and attention to detail, as well as that little extra which they do above and beyond. They keep you well-informed as well as assist in getting you and your vehicle to and from the shop. Their front desk personnel are very courteous and show appreciation for your being there.

If I could give Royalty & its staff more than 5 stars I would. Sabrina provided excellent customer service. The business owner took special care of us. My niece was driving up from Sarasota to visit us in North Carolina. She developed car trouble right after crossing into Georgia. On a Sunday late afternoon, we got her checked into a hotel. On Monday morning, I called one place and they were booked and couldn't help. I called Royalty and left a message. Sabrina called me back within minutes. They treated my niece like royalty. They kept me informed (in NC) about everything going on. They diagnosed the issue, did the repair, & got her back on the road. I cannot recommend them highly enough! We bought a new car, new to us. Royalty is always "royal" to us. So much we needed to learn and they came through on every point. They are so helpful in any category. Also showed us where things were located on the vehicle that helped tremendously. They re truly ROYAL.

The service and staff today was incredible. It was my first trip here but certainly won’t be the last. They did great work on my vehicle and it’s riding much smoother.
