Sherwood and his team did a great job. I was visiting my family from out of town and had no idea where to take my broken down car. At their recommendation I had it towed to Royalty Auto, where they took great care of me and got me back on the road quickly. As you can imagine, it’s a bit nerve wracking to be in that situation with no familiarity with the area, and you’re really at the mercy of the shop. I will say that I detected no hint of being ripped off or taken advantage of, and I had confidence they were being thorough and honest. They did what needed to be done and didn’t try to “upsell” me.
