an absolutely wonderful auto shop. i walked in with a car that needed a lot of tlc and it wasnt crazy expensive. i didnt feel like i walked into a trap, which as a young woman, car places usually feel that way. they cared about my safety and they offered me a ride home and to come pick up my car. when it was all said and done i got into my car and they had flowers waiting for me. i will never go to any one else for my cars needs again. i wish i could remember the name of the woman at the front desk because she and sarah had kind and welcoming attitudes. amazing.
Wonderful service! Our first time using Royalty and we’re hooked. We needed an oil change on my used car; we knew it was time for other maintenance, and they checked the car and explained what was needed an not needed. We were sent many pictures and a well written summary. They even washed the car! The staff was personable and accommodating. We were both very happy with this experience!!

I had a tire issue. I brought my vehicle in on a Monday Morning with no appointment. My vehicle was immediately taken care of and I was charged less than 1/2 of what the dealer would have charged me. Very friendly and expedient service!
These folk know customer service!! They are professionals with more than fair pricing. Rare these days.
