My mercer S550 wouldn't start looking in the area and found royalty. I stop in and talked with Sabrina she was very confident that they would be able to take care of me. I usually only take it to Mercedes dealership but I was looking for someone local that I could trust with my baby so I decided to give them a chance to make the repairs I was very satisfied with the job they did and the courtesy and respect of everyone I came in contact with. I would recommend Royalty to anyone looking for a professional team.

They were recommended by a friend and all the reviews were positive so I had them do work on my vehicle. Very friendly, straight forward and prompt. And, my dirty car came back clean! Better service than the Jaguar dealership.

Great overall experience at Royalty. I dropped off my truck to get an oil change. I was treated well as soon as I walked in. I was shuttled back to my house and when I returned to get my truck I was dry happy with the work that was done. Thank you Royalty. This was my first experience and I definitely will be back.

I was used to getting super bad service at most shops but at royalty, it’s the total opposite. They were so precise with the diagnostics and kept me informed in every steps during being serviced. Meagan was my service advisor she was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and understanding. I believe the whole team is great. I even got a rose once I received the vehicle back. I just moved to st. Mary so royalty will be my only shop to go to for any future services. A++++

First time having Royalty service my VW. Receptions staff were very responsive. In addition to a general 65,000 mile service they looked at a problem with my touch screen and didn't charge because they determined further work/cost would not be of value. Very courteous and professional very good experience.

Wonderful group. The extra stuff they do to work with you (ie pick you up, drop you off, deliver your car) is what really sets them apart to me. These people actually care and that goes above and beyond with me.
