Royalty Auto Service is not only a great place to go to for any automotive needs, when you visit they take care of you, between just conversing with you and providing snacks and drinks it's an interaction that I found extremely enjoyable. Sherwood would call me or leave me a message to give me updates on my car and has even said that when I get back from my trip we can sit down and discuss what would be best for my vehicle, maintenance wise.

New to the area I called Royalty because of their reviews, I chose royalty because of the phone conversation I had with the associate. He was extremely nice and helpful, even if I don’t choose them to service my car he gave me tons of information to point me in the right direction. I ended up choosing them and they got my car in right away. This is not a fort cheap service, you pay for the quality and correct service. I’m very happy with my choice of auto service and will definitely be back with the rest of our family’s vehicles in the future.

We have entrusted our cars with Royalty since we moved here in 2008. I would not entrust our cars to anyone else.

I travel from FB, Fla. to have my vintage '88 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce serviced by Royalty because they are honest, competent and always provide detailed documentation of all the checks, diagnosis and repairs performed. They stand by all their work and make sure you are involved in the repair process, too.

They replaced my HVAC last year and did a wonderful job. I recently got an oil change with them and I waited in the waiting room and it was the most comfortable I have ever been in any waiting room. Very comfortable couch and big comfy chair, that rocks, to sit in which I appreciate since I am 6 months pregnant… the complimentary snacks and drinks are a great touch. They were making fresh popped popcorn while I was there and it smelled great! Also, they have a television with cable that allows you to change it to LOTS of different cable channels and you can adjust the volume! My car was washed and vacuumed out. They are super nice definitely will go back!

Took from 8-10am for the oil change but did a good job. Got a car cleaning while they were at it!!!

Once again, the Royalty team has taken a vintage “special needs” car and restored it to the smooth, high performance vehicle it was originally designed to be in 1974. The work was done exactly according to the pre-arranged timeline at a fair price. The friendly, knowledgeable staff, the complimentary car wash and rose are nice customer service touches. Best of all is the quality, honesty and reliability of the work. Royalty is possibly the best place to do business in St. Marys and is why we’ve been taking our vehicles to them for more than 20 years.
