Very professional! I left my car with them and they gave me a ride home. When the job was done they washed my car and explained everything they had done. The whole process was comfortable and pleasant!! I would recommend them to all my friends.

As usual the Royalty Staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. I was consulted before any work was done and the problems that were found were explained clearly so that I understood and gave my consent. They were very accommodating in allowing me to leave the car for several days.

Once again top shelf quality service. I don't mind driving the hour and a half to get to these people as they are definitely on their game. Today was no different. Aligning the vehicle because of new tires some trouble spots in a bed headlight switch.. I thought. Rather than just charging me for a switch which was over $100 they realized it was a faulty connection. I would have never known and never been the wiser I had already paid the bill and they brought to my attention that I did not need a new switch. Rare that you find this type of honesty these days. I trust these ladies and gentlemen implicitly. Their service is five star in every respect.
