I’m a guy from Fernandina with a VW EOS convertible that I really like. It had an ABS warning light on and some wheel noise. Called the Jacksonville VW dealer I’d used and left messages with “my service advisor” for 2 weeks without a callback. Called a recommended repair shop on the island but they were 2 weeks out. Expanded my Google search and got Royalty in St. Mary’s. From the first contact they were great. Explained the process, arranged a tow truck ( AAA never showed) , had me in in 2 days and did a thorough review and repair. Always pleasant, responsive and efficient communication. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Worth the drive and less time than driving into Jacksonville.
