Excellent service as always, first time quality every time. They tell you what's wrong, what should be done and what can wait without being pushy or aggressive. I rest easy knowing if there's car trouble when I'm deployed royal automotive will take care of me and my family.

I'm one of those people that does the majority of my own car maintenance and repairs. Certain specialty things like transmissions I don't do. My wife car started going into reduced power mode and for a while I could clear the code and continue on. I performed all the deep level pinpoint tests and came to the conclusion that the ECM was bad. I purchased a remanufactured ECM but could not get the new ECM to work with the car. Royalty not only was able to reprogram the ECM and get my wife car back on the road but didn't break the bank doing it and on top of that the washed the car and cleaned the inside. What a wonderful surprise. The customer service was amazing. The day the car was ready they called right before closing and offered to stay late so I could pick up the car. I wasn't able to make it and told them I would be in the next day, Friday. At lunchtime on Friday I got a call telling me they were closing at noon which I didn't know. They sent me a link to pay the invoice and let the keys in a lock box for me to pick up after work. Any other place would have closed and left you without your car. I may not be doing most of my repairs anymore.
