I needed a good shop to inspect a used vehicle I purchased for my wife. I listed my thoughts on needs and they told me to wait and see if we could save money. Then the typical service I expect was given, picture proof of all issues and honest advice on what was a need and a want to get done. I had several recommendations completed and was not hassled on the others I chose to wait on. This is the best auto shop I’ve ever dealt with in over 27 years of working on my own cars or having the pros do it.

I hope 5.0 was a good rating. That's what I wanted to say. I was very satisfied with your personal service and the good job on my van. I learned what that message meant after I described to Sherwood what I saw. The van was fixed quickly and I really appreciate the detail and especially the beautiful rose. It made me feel special.

At Royalty, they just go above and beyond in both their vehicle service and in customer service. One of my biggest, personal pet peeves is a "It's not my job" mentality. I never have to worry about encountering that at Royalty.

Our VW Beetle developed an oil leak, no one would touch it. Called Royalty Auto Service they did the repair and had it ready a day early. The car was washed and clean, when we got it back. Great service!

It is obvious that Royalty takes pride in their work. Every engagement with employees was friendly and professional. They performed a thorough inspection of problem. Diagnosis and repairs were superb. Communication during the process was great - complete with a video of the problem found. I highly recommend Royalty Auto Service.
