This recent visit was a need to replace bad glow plugs in my 2007 Silverado. Michigan weather is pure misery on a vehicle due to salted roads and whatever else Mother Nature sends, which in turn, rusted my glow plugs to the block. Royalty took the time, effort and extra cost to get these rusted in place glow plugs extracted and the new ones in place. Congratulations Royalty on another job WELL DONE. I chose to use Royalty Auto Service at the recommendation of my niece. From start to finish, their service was incredible. When I first called about my issue, they were courteous and helpful. I was given a very rough estimate of cost and the length of time they estimated they’d have my vehicle. Not only did the do a great job with my car, but it was done in the time frame they stated and under cost estimate! They sent someone to pick me up to retrieve my car who was very personable, and when I arrived, they discussed the work they did, and then led me to my car. The car was immaculate - not only cleaned inside and out, but they left a single red rose inside.
