The office staff was incredibly nice on the phone and in person. I've followed Royalty for a while and live about an hour or so away. I was dealing with some shaking which can be particularly difficult to diagnosis and fix without the appropriate knowledge. Instead of throwing more parts at the problem, I wanted to get a thorough inspection/diagnosis. I appreciate the time and professionalism the shop offers.

I discovered Royalty on YouTube. I liked the honesty and integrity that they displayed on showing their mishaps and standing behind at their expense. You don't see people frequently take responsibility for what they do. Witnessing this gives me confidence to do services that others may steer you from . Finally, I friendly reliable automotive repair shop that has that old school feel, meaning you get the feeling that everyone knows what they are doing. Not to say there aren't others, though not many. Actually troubleshooting skills and little things like detailing your car while it's up there as a part of there service. They also are very willing to shuttle you to and from their shop before and after repairs. An added bonus for people with only one car. Very trustworthy and reliable. I'm also a 30 plus year shade tree mechanic. They talked to my mom where she could understand them and didn't try to up-sale of do unnecessary repairs, because she was an older lady. Very respectful.
