I am very pleased with Royalty Auto Service in St. Marys. I am satisfied with the work I have had done. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. The extra touches such as the courtesy rides, pretty red rose, and vehicle detailing. I feel comfortable with knowing that I can have my vehicle for a long time if I keep it maintained and I thank you for that.

All I can say is that I have never experienced any business with such excellent customer service. Our car broke down off 95 and lucky for us Royalty was close by. They took us in immediately, gave us a quote, had a welcoming waiting room with drinks, snacks, and TV. Once we we told our quote and timeframe, I booked a hotel for the night and they had a shuttle service deliver us to the hotel. Car was ready the next day by noon...exactly as promised. Not only was the car ready, they had it washed and actually placed a rose on the steering wheel. How thoughtful. I just wish we had an auto service like that near our home. Thank you sooo much for going above and beyond to make our not so good situation much better.

Extremely friendly front office staff. Love the online updates and the pictures. Never have I ever gotten a rose after taking my vehicle to the shop! Thats customer service. I'll definitely be back.

Great service again. Did an oil change and a complementary inspection. The inspection included photos so you could see. Never had that done before. This just added to how pleased I am with their service.

Easy to schedule, done in a day as advertised and on budget. What more could you want? Also phantom squeak is now gone!
