Going to rate a 10 out of 5. They are that good. They do treat the customer and their car with Royalty! We were traveling from out of state and stayed overnight so they could inspect our car we had just purchased. Diagnosed the problems with pics, video and charts. Their waiting area is like a nice living room. To top it off they wash and clean your car AND hand you a rose. Worth every penny. PS: Watch their videos, they are great!

Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The services provided were explained thoroughly and there were no real surprises. The services were done in a timely fashion and they even washed and vacuumed the car.

Ive just relocated to Fernandina Beach from Saint Augustine where I had retired from the military. I had taken my 2017 S550 Mercedes-Benz Coupe in for the normal B4 service at the Mercedes dealership. After completion of the service I was informed, I need to replace my front CV boots for a cost of around $6000. My brother-in-law had told me about Sherwood and Royalty Auto Service from his YouTube channels so I reviewed the YouTube channels and felt very comfortable and confident in taking my car there for service. After a complete review of the frontend. I was informed that they could perform the service. They kept me informed throughout the service and also recommended a front end alignment after the service was completed. This service was completed at $4000 below the cost of the Mercedes dealership.
