My sister and I were taking a road trip for the weekend from Florida to North Carolina and as soon as we crossed the Florida-Georgia border our car started acting up. After we pulled off at an exit and checked it ourself, we called a few different auto places that were close to us. After being turned down by all of them because they were too busy for the day, we called Royalty Auto Service. They said that they were also very busy, but wanted to help since we were out of town ...and wanted to make sure that we were safe for our trip. After our GPS took us the wrong way, we called and they helped us find exactly where to go. From the moment we walked in, the employees were so kind to us. They immediately took our car back to take a look. Our wait was so short, appointment or no appointment, that I was honestly shocked when they said the car was ready. He gave us a complete report on what had happened with the car and sent us on our way letting us know that if anything else happens, to just contact them and they would help in any way they could! It was honestly a blessing that all of the other places turned us down because I have never experienced such great customer service! Thank you Royalty Auto Service!

Exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable about my Ford Explorer. I used to have a Honda which they serviced also. I absolutely love the warm, caring, family environment inside their waiting area and I feel they're always honest with me about servicing my vehicle. They will drive me to where I need to go if I want to just drop it off and they deliver it to me when finished. I can always count on it being nice and clean and it always makes me smile when I'm handed my keys and a rose when they're done with it. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!

Royalty Auto Service has always been wonderful! My family has been with them for nearly 15 years and they have always treated us amazingly. They genuinely care for their customer's safety and always go above and beyond! I was having issues with my car and dropped in to see if they could help, they took time out of their busy schedule to have a look and when the realized it was a safety issue they made sure they could fix it the next day! They're incredible & my loyalty will ALWAYS be to Royalty! I would hands down recommend them to everyone!

Service was great. Was easy, quick, and they were extremely helpful in the process of getting my issues fixed. Easily the best auto care facillity I've ever been too. Highly recommended!

The folks at Royalty Auto were fantastic. They took pictures of everything they recommended and emailed them to me before starting any repairs. They also didn't charge me for two tests they performed when they came back showing the parts tested were fine. And last but not least they went above and beyond to make the truck look amazing outside and in, cleaning, washing and even leaving a rose for my wife. Couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Amazing customer service!!! Very compassionate for there customers! They are not out just to make money, this shop is to treat the customers as if they were family and to treat ur car as if it was there's! Also not to cost you and arm and a leg to fix the issues. Iam so thankful for everything they have done for me these last few days on my vehicle. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle repairs!! My boyfriend and I will be returning customers!!!!

This is a company that understands customer service on a level that is not common in today's market much less the auto repair industry. To put it mildly, I was astounded at the lengths they go to, to ensure that you (the customer) are pleased and comfortable. I received a professionally prepared maintenance prospectus...with pictures of the pertinent areas of my car....suggesting a way forward with known and emerging issues. Impressive when you consider that I had brought the car in to have the transmission fluid changed. That work, by the way, was well executed.I left with a clean car, (thank you) and plans to return to this bright spot.
