Royalty Auto came highly recommended for my Audi repairs by a coworker after I told them how long of a commute I had to the only Audi Dealership in Jacksonville which was almost 1 hr away with traffic. I’ve had such an amazing experience with Royalty. I’ve had work done that ranged from oil changes to transmission flushes. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for someone who will treat your car like you treat your car! Every one of their staff are not only professional but also friendly. They provide quick, quality service without trying to up-sell you on things you don’t need. They even send you an easy to understand breakdown of the condition of your car with pictures so there are no surprises. And you cannot beat how convenient they make everything. They even picked up my car from my house, delivered it back when it was done (washed) and I was able to make the payment from the comfort of my own home all without any additional charges!
