Royalty Auto Service was truly a lifesaver for us. We were driving through the area in the process of moving from DC to Houston in our BMW 328i when we started having car trouble. We were pretty far from the BMW dealership in Jacksonville so looked for closer options and found Royalty on google. I called them to see if they could look at our car and even though they were booked a week out, they said they could work us in. We got towed to the shop and they immediately started troubleshooting what was wrong. It was pretty late in the day so we needed to find a hotel for the night. Sherwood found us a hotel, called over to make sure we could stay there with our dog and even dropped us off with our dog and bags. They suggested places for us to eat and all were great recommendations. We also wanted to rent a car so they booked us a rental car at a reduced rate and called them to come pick us up. They constantly kept us updated as they knew we were on a tight time schedule and needed to get back on the road. They figured out the problem, fixed it and had us back in the car 48 hours later! They went over and beyond on everything and were willing to help out in any way they could. I would recommend this shop to not only anyone living in the area, but anyone passing through or living in a couple hour radius. It is worth the drive!

Recommend. I would recommend your work without exception. You are the only registered Volkswagen garage between Jacksonville and Savannah, and so much closer.

Great customer service. I would tell them that it's a great place. Everyone is so accommodating, the customer service is great!! They always call & tell you what needs to be done & if it needs to be done now or if it can wait until later. They will work with you as far as picking up your automobile, & deliver it to if you cannot pick it up. All & all is a great place & I feel very good about having them take care of car.

They always call & tell you what needs to be done & if it needs to be done now or if it can go for awhile. They will come & pick up your car & deliver it back to you if thats what you would like.
