Royalty Auto Service completely blew me away with their service this week. My husband is working and staying 3 hours away, so when my headlights quit working, I was left to deal with the problem on my own. This was also a very busy week for me being the week of Thanksgiving. I had a whole week of school assignments to do inside of 2 days, 4 kids at home with me, and needed to prepare for a trip to see my husband on Thanksgiving. On top of all that, now I had to take the time to have my car worked on. Royalty Auto Service made it so simple and convenient! They were able to get me in the same day so my plans wouldn't be interrupted, they picked my vehicle up for me so I didn't have to spend hours out of my busy day at the auto mechanics with 4 kids when I needed the time to work on my school work. The ladies in the office, Pam and Connie, were wonderful in keeping me informed around my work schedule (how often does a company call back exactly when they say they will - they did!!!) Sherwood made sure my car was done by the time I needed it to go to work and informed me of an up and coming problem that would need to be addressed, including what the signs were, what to do, and how much it would cost to fix, and at the very end... they picked me up and left me with a water bottle and a beautiful rose in my car. Royalty Auto Service has completely changed the way I think about auto mechanics! Thank you all very much for making this issue convenient and smooth for me!!!!
