I normally do not do reviews, however I highly recommend Royalty Auto to meet your repair needs. I have a Mercedes and anyone knows that owns one, they are great until they mess up and then it's like fixing a space craft... Royalty went beyond to assure my issue was centralized and fixed correctly... I usually work on vehicles myself. I am able to do most jobs. However, I do not have many tools anymore. I needed to find a good shop that treated me fairly. It took me a trip or two to other service shops; but Royalty Auto Service is the best. Hands down. I am always treated so well, their pricings are much better than the dealers and they know EVERYTHING there is to know about cars that require special care I.e. BMW. I refuse to do business elsewhere. Thanks for all your hard work, Royalty.

As a mom of four, two of whom are brand new twins, I cannot emphasize how convenient their pick up service is. I called, scheduled my service, and waited in the comfort of my own home while they did all the running around. This is just what I needed to find. I'm happy with the work they did, and who else in town will wash your car when they change the oil!

I came in with a simple problem and i also needed general maintenance. They explained everything in simple terms and also gave me a discount because it was veterans weekend! Best experience I have ever had with a shop! I will becoming back!
