Been using Royalty for service for seven years. Royalty was, is, and always will be the best automotive service I've ever had. They've kept my 18-yr old daily driver running well despite Chrysler not offering all parts anymore. Yesterday, after a blowout on my wife's RAM pickup, Royalty gathered forces, found four new Michelins, went miles to pick them up, and got the four new tires mounted, balanced, and aligned in the second half of what was already a full afternoon schedule. Who does that? Royalty!!!

Sabrina and the gang are fantastic. The way that the mechanic takes pictures and videos is outstanding. No other shop in all my 60 years ever did such a thing. The only disappointment was my car not making an appearance on tilk-tok (just kidding). I will definitely be using Royalty for all my automotive needs.

I needed a new key made for my car recently and Justin stopped by at the time he scheduled with me and quickly got my key done. He was very respectful and the service was great!
