I love how Royalty Auto was detailed and knowable about my vehicle issues they even took the time out to bring my vehicle home since I had to work and couldn’t get there before they closed I will be retuning for all my service issues. Samara was very helpful and knowledgeable she went out her way to help me with my busy schedule she took time out to let me know of everything going on and explained it very clearly.

My appointment was a last minute appointment that I was fit in for the day. Right there I felt very important because you saw the urgency after I explained why I needed to have this last minute appointment.

I went to my appointment but the technician who was supposed to domy 30000 mi service was injured so unfortunately nothing was done . My oil got changed . I am planning on reschedule to do the 30000 mi service . I love the philosophy of the owners opinion on service and maintenance which makes me trust them . I hope the tech is OK most importantly .

Love this place! We moved here from Atlanta in September and it’s always hard to find a place where you can take your car that you trust. How Fortunately were to find royalty! They do a great job -whether you’re getting an oil change or a full check up, they treat everyone great. After the service was performed, not only did they, wash my car, but left me a rose on my dashboard!
