From routine oil changes, tire replacement, brake jobs, various fluid flushes, struts and manual seat adjustments, Royalty has earned my trust over and over again. This was my first visit. I was impressed with the friendliness of everyone. The service I requested was carried out in a timely manner.. I was impressed that they went over the car and gave me a written report of everything that needs to be seen about. I looked forward to carrying my car back and letting them take care of all my problems. I was amazed and pleased that they cleaned my car inside and out and also waxed it. There is no auto shop that gives this kind of service and I am so pleased I found them;

I actually saw some of their videos on Facebook and was impressed by their attention to detail. I took a trip from Jacksonville to visit their shops. After meeting the employees (seems more like family), I decided to give them a chance. I have had two vehicles serviced at this location and have been pleased both times.
