My F-350 broke down in St Mary's as I was passing through headed back to Fla. I left my truck in a safe place and called someone to pick me up. The next business day I looked up auto repair and Royalty came up with great reviews. I called and spoke with Marley. Marley was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable! She was great in communicating and very responsive to my needs! She took care of everything from getting my vehicle towed, repaired, and was also just as maticulous in every detail. I felt like she was family and earned my trust within the first 15 minutes of speaking with her. While my truck was being repaired, the owner found an issue but since they couldn't reach me, he made the call to do the work and gave me the option to pay for it or not since it wasn't approved.
