The staff is more than helpful, each visit to Royalty I have had a great experience. They explain things thoroughly, even showing photos in some instances. I also find it really thoughtful they have a baby changing table with diapers provided! I have no complaints, each visit has left me happy :-)

I received quality service at a fair price. Let's face it, everything is expensive in the country lately and you do get what you pay for. But what makes this shop elite is the exemplary customer service from the time you drop off the keys, to the time you pick them up.
