I found Royalty Auto Service through their YouTube channel. In the videos, I was very impressed with all the necessary steps they took for each procedure. I have had power steering, brake, and oil changed. Living in Jacksonville I decided the drive was acceptable. I have been impressed with the comfort of the waiting area. I have seen my car go out for test drives and get washed before giving me the keys. I've been looking for shops that go above and beyond my experience and this has been one of them.
