Took great care of my "little" car - even delivered it to my home when it was completed.

Exceptional. Highly recommend this location. I even had a medical issue. The staff was kind enough to drive me to the emergency room then dive my vehicle to the hospital parking lot and leave the keys for me so i could get home. I can not stress enough how much I appreciate the kindness and caring for this customer. They went so far and beyond for me. All I can say is amazing. Thank you is nit enough to express my gratitude. I rate this location and staff a solid 100 on a scale of 0-5.

We are new to the area and heard from a few people that Royalty Auto Service was the place to take your vehicle for service. They were right! Our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee needed a complete health check up. ROYALTY did the check up and recommended a few things that came up in the Red that needed to be done immediately. They are professional and honest.

I found this business in desperation, 200 miles from home and disable at the Circle K, off 95 @ exit 7. What an awful situation to be in and to make it worse the first three calls I made to local listed businesses resulted in me getting no answer. Then, finally I got an answer from a towing company who advised me, due to my pristine 2011 Corvette being stuck in park, they would have to "drag it" AND I would have to sign a waiver, releasing them from being responsible for any damage they did. What a deal "Damage fee towing" all the damage is free. Thanks, but no thanks!!! Long story short I found Royalty Auto Services and spoke with Sherwood Jr. who in turn, coordinated with his dad Sherwood Sr. and arranged for a tow service that was just as professional and helpful as both Sherwood's were in not only taking care of my situation but also taking extra special care of my CAR!! This nightmare of being stranded had transformed into a delightful experience. The Shop was emasculate, and the staff could not have been any more helpful and accommodating. My car was fixed, and I was on my way within 4 hours! THANK YOU, one and ALL at ROYALTY AUTO!!! May I add, I was once the owner of a towing company and have been involved in auto repair and towing for the better part of my life and this shop sets an example for what a GREAT auto shop, should look like! I rate a 5 PLUS!
