They were very honest about what needed to be done immediately, and what we could wait on. They also cleaned our car before pick up and it looked amazing! Customer service was 10/10. We will definitely come here for all future repairs!

The staff is more than helpful, each visit to Royalty I have had a great experience. They explain things thoroughly, even showing photos in some instances. I also find it really thoughtful they have a baby changing table with diapers provided! I have no complaints, each visit has left me happy :-)
