Traveling thru - Car alternator died limped off the highway. Found them online - Royal was great - quick response - got me towed to their shop and repaired in the same day - back traveling. Service was outstanding and communications were great - plus they checked to car over from top to bottom - cannot recommend them enough - outstanding overall experience by far. Wish I lived closer so they could service all my vehicles!!

Royalty auto service went above and beyond to assist us. The nearest service center for our vehicle was in Jacksonville and they could not even repair our vehicle. We had to get back to south Florida asap. Royalty drove to Jacksonville and got the parts needed to fix our vehicle so we can make it home safe. They were the epitome of southern hospitality. We definitely recommend Royalty.

All I can say is Mike was excellent We had the electronic license plates with no clue how to get them off Mike did it quickly for us Thanks guys I’ve got nothing but good things to say about you all
