Royal Auto is the best! My wife and I were on day one of a 40 day driving journey when all of a sudden our AC malfunctioned. Our first stop was in Kingsland so we called Royal. Ashley answered the phone and told us to stop in and that they prioritize people that are passing through. They took our vehicle in right away to inspect the AC system. The technician took the truck for a spin and found the AC system was working just fine. He then took us for a ride just to confirm everything was working properly and it did. He gave us some pointers to look out for with our make and model and sent us on our way with no charge! We are hoping that it was just a one time glitch but they told us to contact them while on the road if the problem returns and they will recommend a service center near our future location. The bottom line is that Royal was extremely friendly and professional and we recommend them very highly!!

Most pleasurable experience I’ve had with an auto shop. Even with a snag in my maintenance I was greatly accommodated. My vehicle was even detailed free of charge.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Every interaction was pleasant. Over phone or in person. My car trouble was remedied sooner than expected and at a decent price. The cleaning and the rose left in the car left me literally speechless. I would never go to any other auto servicer after this experience. Not only satisfied, but impressed.
