First time having Royalty service my VW. Receptions staff were very responsive. In addition to a general 65,000 mile service they looked at a problem with my touch screen and didn't charge because they determined further work/cost would not be of value. Very courteous and professional very good experience.

Wonderful group. The extra stuff they do to work with you (ie pick you up, drop you off, deliver your car) is what really sets them apart to me. These people actually care and that goes above and beyond with me.

Took the beast in for Part II of getting her back up to par. As usual, Royalty (most notably Maegan) stood tall and excelled in the service. They actually understood (without me telling them) my intention for my beast and provided an estimate for future services that will be needed to complete the task I am striving to attain. Forethought without the necessity to be told means a lot to me and should anyone else seeking service for their beast(s). Now, just to figure it into the budget and get it done. I shall return.

You were my first choice to call! I originally called you on 7/11/2022 and you were booked so we made an appointment with you for 7/18/2022. I took my truck to get it checked out by my 2nd option and I called you on 7/12/2022 for an estimate. Sabrina was so nice and called me on 7/13/2022 with the estimate and told me they wouldn't be able to get to it until 7/21/2022 and i told her my issue i had with the vehicle i was borrowing and she offered to help me get a rental car with Enterprise if needed. Sabrina called me back within 15 mins and said can you bring your vehicle now and we will be able to work on it and get it back to you by 7/15/2022. I said I'm on my way! They called me before 10:00 am on 7/15/2022 and said my truck was ready. I was so happy to get my truck back with A/C!

I had a dead battery and they were able to get it looked and and changed in less then an hour without an appointment. The staff was friendly, shop was clean and very accommodating. This was my first time there and I left with an appointment for an oils change next week. This will be my go to auto shop!!

Regardless of what happens to my vehicles, I can always trust good family treatment like I recieve from Royalty. I recently experienced a fire while I was driving, I had my vehicle towed to them and instead of waiting for over a week for my appointment, they were able to inspect and diagnose within 4 days. The best of the best!!! I hate leaving a perfect review because I like the attention but they are that good!

Start to finish a new experience for me. pick-up and delivery service, picture documentation of service, wash included and a rose for my wife. That is the Royal Treatment! I'll be back.

They have been wonderful. When I brought in my car to get fixed, I did not know what was wrong. They were great in keeping us apprised of what was wrong. I would recommend them to anybody.
