I've been a car guy my whole adult life. Now that i am in my 70's, and too old to work on my vehicles, I needed to find a reliable place to take them for service. I tried numerous Honda and Toyota dealerships within 75 miles of St Marys and was constantly disappointed by the poor quality of work A Toyota dealer broke the windshield wiper arms while doing an oil change, another put a 1 inch wide hole in the rocker panel while putting the van on a lift. A Honda dealer put a huge scratch in the door while detailing the truck. Once the 2 year/25K mile maintenance expired on both vehicles I decided to give Royalty a try. It was a smart move as the Royalty team provides the best customer service I have experienced in the automotive service industry anywhere I have lived. Big statement and very true!

Service Advisor, Maegan M., thoroughly explained everything before and after service. Service and Wash were GREAT! I especially liked the Courtesy Inspection; it was very thorough and well documented with photographs and estimates. The staff was very courteous; wish I could name more names because they were ALL GREAT. The waiting area and available courtesy items made the wait very comfortable. For anyone that needing to go somewhere a courtesy car ride is available covering a wide area.
