I was in need of repairs on my Hyundai Azera. I had my car towed to a repair shop in Camden County where I was charged an enormous diagnostics fee. Came up I needed a replacement alternator. Five days later I found myself on the side of the road but was eventually able to "limp" my car home. I called my son who used Royalty Auto Service when he lived here and recommended them, stating I should talk to Sherwood. I had my car towed over the weekend to Royalty and told Sherwood I would come by after work on Monday. He patiently spent time going all the issues found from their diagnosis that had been overlooked by the first repair shop which had become a domino affect of issues. I had plans to go out of town and Sherwood made sure my car was ready. I needed a rental car for the two days and Sherwood even offered me a ride from there. The office staff, who are all most attentive and friendly, let me know when the repairs were complete and explained they just needed to wash my car and do a quality control check. It now runs as good as the day I bought it. As I got in my car I noticed the rose bouquet on the dash! I left there extremely happy and will return there for any future needs, where they truly do treat you like Royalty!!

Fantastic family owned and operated business!! I have been doing business with this company for many years and will continue to see them for my automotive repair needs. Many good things to say but one that stands out is they always provide quality time with each individual to assure their experience is the best!

Although I was not ready for the things needed they were helpful & took time to explain & answer all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked my car up & was cleaned inside & washed. Very impressed with my experience. Great job.

I was treated very good, clean and comfortable, was told to make myself at home which I did. There was plenty of snacks and refreshments that one could have.
