Wow! So impressed with the customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! To their customer lounge, kids play area, and complementary snacks and drinks. You receive a detailed report, including pictures of the services they performed, and if any further maintenance or repairs are needed. Just moving to Kingsland, I felt welcomed! We will go nowhere else, as long as we live here! Also, being a military family, it is nice to know the warranty of their parts is nation wide! You will not be sorry to have your automobile serviced here! Because of the detailed service, best to make an appointment, then just walk in.

Amazing customer service and very fair prices. My car broke down about a mile from this auto shop so I had it towed here. They had a line of cars parked outside that they were working on, but they squeezed me into their schedule and had me back on the road in an hour. I was very satisfied with my experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Best experience ever. No one wants to have car trouble 800+ miles from home, but since that's what happened to me, I don't think I could have found a better place to break down. They fit me in right away, provided a great place to wait, even a playroom for my daughter, diagnosed the problem and then gave me a ride back to my campsite. Picked me and my kids up when the car was ready and took me out for a test drive to make sure everything was running perfectly. I would have sworn it was a gimmick, but it's totally true when they say "Let our family take care of your family." I only wish I had a mechanic this good back in Jersey!!! Thanks again

Best Auto shop I have ever been too. They even helped me get a affordable tow truck to come pick up my car. Every since I got my car back I haven't had a single problem. Works like it is brand new. Which is a relief! The customer service is amazing. Always remembered my name when I called or walked into the store, Great people. They helped me out a lot which I appreciated! Highly recommend this shop! Its the BEST!
