Outstanding. I've been looking for a repair/service shop closer to home than Jacksonville for my vehicles. This was my 2nd time here & I've been very satisfied so far.

The experience at royalty auto immediately curbed the usual feel of anxiety that can be experienced when dealing with an automotive shop. Speaking with the staff has consistently been a pleasant and easy-going experience. Sherwood (sales manager) has been great to deal with and work with and has always gone above and beyond to help me any way he can. Each time that I have taken my car there the repairs have always been made quickly. The overall feel of the environment feels more like a relaxed family atmosphere than a stressful business one.
