If I could give Royalty Auto Service 1000 stars, I would. I had a rave review posted before this one, but after today, I had to do it again! They took a lemon....and I mean LEMON....of a Jeep and made it drive better than any car I have ever had. They make you feel like family, and take care of you like family. They really do care, and make sure that your vehicle is family safe before sending it home with you. I can't even put into words how thankful I am for what they did for me...I was speechless and shocked. They really went above and beyond! In fact, I was practically in tears when I was leaving their shop. I said it before, and I'll say it again. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else...ever! Thank you all so much for everything you have done !!

Had a fantastic experience with Royalty Auto. I was out of town when an important component started leaking fluid on my Volkswagen Jetta. They took my car even though I wasn't able to schedule an appointment first. Everything, such as payment and service was explained to me in great detail, and I was treated with kindness and respect from Jessica and Sherwood. If I lived here, this would be my go-to shop.

Of all the places I've been to for auto work in my 47yrs as an aircraft mechanic, no one has treated me the way these people do. Their work and their manner is World Class!

I'm truly lost for words, Sherwood and his staff are definitely the best at their craft. This place truly treats you as if you were family. They are very respectful to their customers and willing to work with them should any issues arise. This is the first auto shop that I've come across that truly caters to their customers. The warranty is out of this world especially in today's society where so many shops are out for a quick buck, being in the military you constantly from state to state so they take a lot of burden off your shoulders by covering their work wherever you may end up. Thanks again for all honest business and hospitality. I'll be returning here as long as I'm stationed in the area! That's including Jacksonville or mayport. Lol.

Travelling from New York to Florida my car broke down on I95. I used Google search engine to find a car service. They were so helpful, got a tow out to me within 30 minutes and I was back on my way in no time. I would highly recommend them if you're in need of service and in the area.

Royalty Auto has been absolutely phenomenal! They are fairly flexible and truly accommodating. We normally drop the car off and get a ride home from one of the staff but this time we decided to just wait bc we had the time. They have a kids room with toys & a wii (which my daughter loves). And they have a lounge area with very comfortable sofas, television and wifi. My phone decided to die while I was waiting and they even had a charger that I could borrow. I get a full synthetic oil change so it lasts roughly 7000 miles; they always clean out my car(vacuum, dust and even wash the outside of the car) and it's such a nice treat! The cherry on top is when they leave flowers thanking me for my business. They are truly great people and I love that they are always keeping me and my family safe with there work. So wash and detail, plus extra amenities (free drop off and/or delivery of the vehicle after it's done, wifi,tv,snack&drinks while we waited, the kids room to keep my daughter busy, and a phone charger when mine died) and then my full synthetic oil change, free inspection and tire rotation all equaled about $80. Needless to say highly recommend Royalty.
