Great customer service

Royalty auto kept me up to date and made me feel involved during the entire process of my brake job. Sherwood explained how they completed the work on my car with great detail so I understood and answered any questions I had. I felt like the only customer they had all day (even though I know that wasn’t the case.)

Brought my 2016 VW Passat R-Line in to get worked on and was very pleased. It was my first time going there and I was treated like they had known me for my entire life. They gave me a quote ahead of time and the quote was only a few pennies from where the final price was...only to end up being cheaper for a discounted total. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and will be back again if the need ever arises.

Staff is great and friendly. They are super helpful and willing to work with you. They not only changed my oil, but washed my car outside and in. They vacuumed the inside and threw away all the trash that was in my car.
