I had an appointment to get my car serviced on Wednesday morning at 8:30 am. But, I needed to pick my wife up in Sanford, Fl. at 12:45 pm. You guys got me on my way by 10:35 am- car serviced, cleaned and with a rose. Her flight was delayed by 30 mins and I was there when she arrived. Thank You so much!

They were speedy! Also, washed my car, vacuumed and wiped down the inside, washed the outside, and dropped off the car to the house! As well as left me a rose on the dash. Can't get any better than that!

By far the BEST! Everyone here is absolutely amazing! I have been to a lot of Auto service shops across 3 states and have never had an experience that comes anywhere close to the service you receive here. From the first call to schedule an appt all the way through the finish I was amazed at how wonderful they are. I learned more about my car, it's parts, and how things run in 5 min from Sherwood than I have in the 7 years of owning it. Truly treated like royalty. They earned a lifelong customer!

Been doing business here for years & will continue to do so. They are especially knowledgeable on hybrids. If your hybrid battery develops problems, bring it here before you let a dealer sell you a brand new battery.

Royalty has the best customer service in the business! They do not "push" products or unnecessary services on you in an effort to generate profits. They are also the best at keeping the customer informed about what is going on with your vehicle, unlike most places in this industry. The use of their service app showing the different inspection points is impressive and gives the customer better insight than reading a piece of paper.

We only had an oil change, tire rotation, and cabin filter replaced and as usual it was done very professional. I owned a car detailing business and was very impressed with attention to detail extended to our car. It looked as if I had personally done it myself. Not only that, I was a little jealous of someone else giving my wife a rose. They do a great job and you can be confident your car is getting the best care. They are like a doctor for your, if it gets sick, take it to Royal. Both you and your car will receive Royal treatment.
