Great customer service

Royalty auto kept me up to date and made me feel involved during the entire process of my brake job. Sherwood explained how they completed the work on my car with great detail so I understood and answered any questions I had. I felt like the only customer they had all day (even though I know that wasn’t the case.)

Honesty and integrity are what you’ll get with this auto service! Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been bringing all my vehicles here for over a year for simple oil changes, scheduled maintenance, or unexpected repair work. Brought my 2016 VW Passat R-Line in to get worked on and was very pleased. It was my first time going there and I was treated like they had known me for my entire life. They gave me a quote ahead of time and the quote was only a few pennies from where the final price was...only to end up being cheaper for a discounted total. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and will be back again if the need ever arises.

Staff is great and friendly. They are super helpful and willing to work with you. They not only changed my oil, but washed my car outside and in. They vacuumed the inside and threw away all the trash that was in my car.

I have almost exclusively used Royalty for a year now for all the repairs on my truck and they always provide the most personal and superb service. The honesty and devotion to great mechanics-ship is with out a doubt the best I know in the area.

I needed some tires and work done. Royalty is by far the best auto mechanic shop Ive ever been too. Being a woman and not really knowing about work and all, they didn't try to tell me I needed things I didn't. Everyone was very pleasant and I enjoyed talking to them, and not just about cars. It was nice to get in my vehicle with no lights on and a rose waiting for me. I will go back to them with any issues and I recommend them to others. I really enjoyed my experience. The service at Royal Auto was excellent and the staff knowledgeable about the repairs needed. They also performed some extra work on the vehicle without charge and provided transportation to and from local rental car business. I was very pleased with the services at Royal Auto.
