Our company has a fleet of vehicles at Kings Bay, GA and we use their services regularly for maintenance of our vehicles. The staff is very professional and courteous. They document all work needed in detail and send us pictures of the repairs and estimates in writing before executing any work. This is especially helpful because we are located far away and cannot visit to inspect the vehicles ourselves. They are serving as our eyes and ears for our fleet vehicles. I would highly recommend their services.

Caddy may drive better and be more responsive than the day we drove it off the lot. Excellent suggestions on reparis and upkeep. Well done by all involved.

If you're in Camden and have a car repair/maintenance need I cannot suggest Royalty Auto enough! They are the Chik-Fil-A of car repair. This morning while I was getting breakfast at Chik-Fil-A I was informed that my vehicle was leaking coolant. I called Royalty right away and Sabrina Wilkerson answered and helped assess whether it was safe for me to drive to the shop. Once I got there baby Matthew was hungry and needed a diaper change and when I asked where the bathroom was I was so pleasantly surprised to find it clean and tidy with a changing table fully stocked with diapers of every size and wipes so I did not have to even dig around in my baby bag. After getting him cleaned up I was able to sit on one of their large comfy couches and nurse while watching HGTV and once I was done nursing Sherwood came over and let me have a status report on my van and offered me a ride home so I did not have to wait. They got my stuff out of my van for me and into the courtesy car and helped me get everything situated so I did not feel like I had my hands full and they drove me home and helped me inside. Now I can sleep and nurse my baby from the comfort of home while they take care of my vehicle. No stress in what could have been a very stressful morning. Thank you Royalty!

Just the best place in town to have your vehicles serviced and repaired. The service is friendly and efficient, and the communications are excellent. Repairs done right the first time. The folks are super honest, conscientious, and thorough. It’s an easy place to wait for your car because there are drinks, snacks, popcorn, comfortable furniture and things to read and watch. Can’t wait? No problem. Royalty will pick you up and come and get you when your car is ready. Your vehicle will be returned clean, and usually you will find a small treat. This trip I found an adorable teddy bear in my grand-daughter’s car seat and a rose for my wife on the dash. Seriously, who does that? This trip I expected to spend a lot more than I was charged. They were able to put my vehicle back in perfect order without an expensive part I expected to need. The result a great repair at half the price we agreed to. Not always the cheapest, but fair and always the best work with over the top amenities. I don't go anywhere else.

Outstanding service from the time you make the appointment until the service is completed. Sherwood and his team are phenomenal. They are very accommodating with the service you would like completed and give you a “menu” of services that should be completed immediately, and services that may be coming up soon. You can pick and choose the services that your need/want. They don’t oversell you, they just want you to be informed and satisfied. Awesome!

Great service, friendly staff, professional auto service. I wish I would have found Royalty sooner. They definitely earn your business and trust. I received an estimate for some repairs and the bill was exactly what they had quoted. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Your vehicle is also clean both inside and out when you get it back. We definitely will be taking both of our vehicles to Royalty for any service needs from now on. I recently received a minor safety recall on my car and I am very disappointed that I must take it to a Mazda dealer for the repair instead of being able to take it to Royalty. They also offer a free ride to home or work if you cannot or do not want to wait on your vehicle service.
