Thank you Royalty Auto for the great service!! My car came in not running with unknown electrical issue/s. I spoke with Sherman Several times he kept me informed and let me know who would be working on the car (which was his dad) Sherman was upfront with pricing, and once they figured out the problems, He sent me a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done. The staff was very friendly I was very satisfied with the price and friendliness and professional service. They even vacuumed and washed my car… my rims never looked better. My friend will be bringing her car to you soon. Thank you very much!

Royalty Auto Service is not only a great place to go to for any automotive needs, when you visit they take care of you, between just conversing with you and providing snacks and drinks it's an interaction that I found extremely enjoyable. Sherwood would call me or leave me a message to give me updates on my car and has even said that when I get back from my trip we can sit down and discuss what would be best for my vehicle, maintenance wise.
