Sherwood was fantastic. He was very clear and honest about the repairs needed on our car. He was attentive and dedicated to following up to determine if the decided upon strategy will be a long term solution before asking us to spend a ton more money on something it might be.

Outstanding customer service. Sherwood was attentive and detailed; he was not pushy. He made recommendations based on what I told him before the vehicle was pick up. After pickup, Sherwood when over what was critical and needed to be taken care of immediately and what could be done at a later date.

Everyone there is friendly and polite. Our vehicle was serviced and from what I can tell so far in great shape. They even delivered the vehicle to our home since I didn't have a ride to pick it up.re

Best car service in town! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Whether it be a routine oil change or an issue with the car, Royalty Auto is the only place we trust. Great customer service, friendly staff, complimentary car wash and convenient pickup/drop off vehicle service!

Staff always very friendly and helpful. Work has always been done correctly and on time. Like getting the vehicle back washed and clean and with a flower on the steering wheel. Service is like it was done many years ago when the customer was important and treated with respect. Keep it up.

“Your car was well within specs on alignment so we didn’t actually need to perform one...”. Please tell me.. how often do you come across a vehicle care company that doesn’t do something just for the sake of doing it? So rare!! I love that I can trust my vehicle and my wallet with Royalty Auto. I have adulted my way to a “fancy” vehicle and I had zero guesses as to who was going to help me maintain her.
