They are always incredible! They have the friendliest staff and are so understanding about not being able to do all the work that’s needed right now. They are timely with picking up and dropping off my van and it is always vacuumed incredibly well! The rose they leave always brightens my day! We will be loyal royalty auto customers as long as we live here!

They will help you with transportation as much as could be asked reasonably! They will pick up your car (literally if needed), drop it back off at your home or work, give you a ride home or work as needed. They guarantee their work because of the high quality of the repairs they provide. I feel like I am in good hands with Royalty Auto Service! Good people, good repairs and great customer service - hard to beat that combination. There was fresh popcorn and other treats in the lobby, but sadly I am on a diet.

I don’t trust anyone else with any of my vehicles. I know if Royalty Auto Service recommends maintenance it is because my car needs it and not as a money grab. I feel like family when I’m in the their presence and I appreciate them very much.

As always the service (checking for problems, fixing the problems) is a 100%. I must also include that they treat you as a friend, not just a customer. With service like that you need to go no place else for care of your vehicle. We've done business with them for many years with no complaints.
