Profesional service. Service Advisor was very thorough in presenting the recommended work and the possible package options. My car needed a fair amount of work and none of it was inexpensive. We reviewed the various possibilities to make to cost more manageable. Parts were ordered and work was completed before I expected it to be done. Will return for future work.

We have had Royalty perform several different services and repairs to our VW Phaeton, A Phaeton is not an average automobile. It's a computer on wheels. Royalty's ability to decipher the electronics has not been average either. They have done an outstanding job each time they have worked on our car and the level of customer service is something that the "dealers" should learn. Royalty personnel define customer service. They kept us updated constantly as the work progressed and did not just trace down an electronic problem by just replacing parts until they got it, they actually found the problem before replacing parts.
