Service is thorough and professional. Waiting room is comfortable if you desire to wait on your vehicle. However, they offer a customer service ride to your home and back again. Service here reminds me of the way dealerships used to treat their customers. You get a car wash with service here plus a surprise flower for you or your spouse. Nice touch.

Royalty had great customer service and was able to schedule appointment promptly after I purchased a car that i wanted to have an inspection. They did a phenomenal job and included pictures of everything they did. Ive never had this type of service in the past. I highly recommend this business for your automotive needs. Best auto shop for hundreds of miles. Run by honest, good people just like the old days. Gabriel, Lynn, and Sabrina are extremely friendly and Sherwood does a great job explaining what is needed and what can wait. Andrew is a rain-man when it comes to maintenance. Often knows what’s wrong just by the sound you describe. Won’t use any other shop and have sent a few others over there who feel the same way I do. Keep up the great work!

Very friendly. I have only one concern, and that is, they do not wear masks for customer’s or their own safety during this time of raging pandemic. Regardless, I found them to be professional, and they pinpointed our cars problem and solved it. Price seemed higher than had hoped, but it had been awhile since we had to pay for service. Grateful to have an honest trustworthy service with a Company that backs up their work.

Wow, another great Royalty experience. Put in an appointment request at night for 2 safety-related issues and received a confirmation email that evening for the next morning. Great repairs, everything explained clearly and delivered as promised re. completeness, timeliness and estimate. PLUS, received a car cleaned inside and out plus a rose. The team used face masks and gloves, steering wheel and seat covers plus floor cover. We've been customers for years and years and appreciate the great treatment.
