Mercedes-Benz C300 4Matic I had my 1st appointment yesterday at RAS and was very pleased. They're thorough with service/maintenance information and go over future appointment servicing needs. Very clean facility. Friendly staff. Service was finished earlier than expected and my car was cleaned inside and out. Don't think I'll be going back to the dealership now that I've discovered RAS. Great service for your car and as a customer

Since I believe in keeping a car till the wheels fall off, I've always schlepped to the dealer in Jacksonville, Fla. even after the warranty on my vehicles had expired. For some reason I just found myself in Royalty talking to Sherwood and eating their yummy popcorn. After talking to him about some service I needed done I decided to give them a try. The only problem I have is asking myself what took me so long? If you want your car to last and want the best service look no further then Royalty Auto Service. Besides knowing what is best for your car, and when the service has to be done, they have a great shuttle that will take you home and pick you up when your car is ready. That sure beats sitting up to 3 hrs in the service department in Jacksonville. If you want your car to last schedule your next service appointment with Royalty....you won't be disappointed.
