I have been going to Royalty Auto for over a year now and every time I take my car in I am blown away by their customer service. They take caring for their customers to the next level. The last time my car was in the shop I needed to get my jumper cables out of my trunk to help jump a friends car. Instead of just handing over my jumper cables Sherwood offered to come help and make sure it was just in need of a jump and nothing more. I don't think that would have even crossed the minds of other shop's employees. This level of care is why I will never take my vehicle anywhere else.

We did lots of research before choosing a place to have our oil changed and brakes looked at. I've only been here once, but I think we made a good decision. It was a good experience and I trust them.

Excellent customer service. I was able to get my vehicle in the same day without an appointment, and paid over $100 less than quoted by the dealership. At first I was skeptical on whether or not they would be able to do Prius work, in the end they proved themselves to be extremely knowledgeable in dealing with The Prius. Thanks for the great service. I will be a returning customer.

Royalty Auto Service was the best decision I have ever made to bring my car to. They treated me with respect, let me know everything I needed to know about my repairs I needed done and fixed my a/c quickly and even picked up my car and brought it back to me. They are fantastic! It's nice to have an honest repair shop who you can trust! Can't sing their praises enough! Thank you Sherwood and the whole office staff for treating me so well!

Great service. I can't express enough how much great customer service makes such a difference. From the first point of contact to the time I left the shop, I felt completely at ease. Sherwood answered all my questions and even pointed out some things I would never have thought to ask about the work that needed to be done on my car. And even so much as to go the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was safe and would be ready for me to drive a 1200 mile road trip the next day was above and beyond. My vehicle even looked and ran better than the day I bought it. Royalty is top notch! We will definitely be back ( even though we live out of town ) because it's worth the travel.
