I was referred to Royalty by another shop in St. Mary's and I'm glad I was. I brought my VW Jetta in with a transmission issue and the staff was courteous and kind. I was offered a ride home and picked up as well. My car was ready even before we expected and that was wonderful as well. You can tell this business cares all about their customers and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else I know.

Best experience ever! I had my 2 kids with me and my daughter didn't want to leave because she was having so much fun in the playroom. Great service. I'll never go anywhere else

Incredible service all around. My husband vehicle's compressor went out so we read other reviews for this place and decided to take our car here. We are so happy we did! Sherwood was so kind to us through this process and even met us twice on his off time to help us get our vehicle back! We can't say enough great things about this place! Honest company with excellent customer service!!!

Dear Royalty,Thank you very much for the service to my BMW. I really enjoyed the snacks and soda that you all provide for all of your customers. And also the front desk service was great as soon as I walk in the door they automatically knew who I was and the status of the vehicle. The repairs that was explained to me in great details and I appreciated.Thanks again for fixing my A/C. My sister and I were taking a road trip for the weekend from Florida to North Carolina and as soon as we crossed the Florida-Georgia border our car started acting up. After we pulled off at an exit and checked it ourself, we called a few different auto places that were close to us. After being turned down by all of them because they were too busy for the day, we called Royalty Auto Service. They said that they were also very busy, but wanted to help since we were out of town ...and wanted to make sure that we were safe for our trip. After our GPS took us the wrong way, we called and they helped us find exactly where to go. From the moment we walked in, the employees were so kind to us. They immediately took our car back to take a look. Our wait was so short, appointment or no appointment, that I was honestly shocked when they said the car was ready. He gave us a complete report on what had happened with the car and sent us on our way letting us know that if anything else happens, to just contact them and they would help in any way they could! It was honestly a blessing that all of the other places turned us down because I have never experienced such great customer service! Thank you Royalty Auto Service!

Exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable about my Ford Explorer. I used to have a Honda which they serviced also. I absolutely love the warm, caring, family environment inside their waiting area and I feel they're always honest with me about servicing my vehicle. They will drive me to where I need to go if I want to just drop it off and they deliver it to me when finished. I can always count on it being nice and clean and it always makes me smile when I'm handed my keys and a rose when they're done with it. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!
