The overall experience at Royalty Auto Service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and really treats you like family. They have coffee and drinks in the waiting area as well as free wi-fi and TV. As far as auto service is concerned - they're second to none. Repairs are reasonably priced and guaranteed to be done right!

Very helpful and honest - Sherwood took the time to explain the issues and possible repair options to me. He even referred me to a BMW dealer for a repair he found out was covered by a recall instead of doing the $2200 job himself at my expense and his gain. Impressive.

If I could give Royalty Auto Service 1000 stars, I would. I had a rave review posted before this one, but after today, I had to do it again! They took a lemon....and I mean LEMON....of a Jeep and made it drive better than any car I have ever had. They make you feel like family, and take care of you like family. They really do care, and make sure that your vehicle is family safe before sending it home with you. I can't even put into words how thankful I am for what they did for me...I was speechless and shocked. They really went above and beyond! In fact, I was practically in tears when I was leaving their shop. I said it before, and I'll say it again. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else...ever! WOW! So impressed with this auto service shop. They really take the time to not only explain why you need the services for your car, they give you a full booklet with pictures of the car's systems and fluids. They may not be the cheapest in town, but I don't feel they price gouge, either. Very fair and it is evident they love what they do and take pride in their work. The office is clean and comfortable if you are waiting, or they will pick up and deliver your vehicle. All around OUTSTANDING service. Thanks, Sherwood!
