They offer suggestions on products without peddling and they believe deeply in their quality of work. Their prices are a competitive service advantage without sacrificing the quality of service. They exceed with the quality of their work as well as their services. I received auto repairs and as part of their service they washed my vehicle and cleaned the interior as well leaving a rose on my steering column. Customer interaction is pleasant, polite and exceeds well over their competitors. The waiting area and bathroom is very clean and they even offer diapers and wipes for your baby if needed in the restroom. They offer comfortable seating, beverages, snacks,reading material, and a TV in the waiting room as well. When contacting Royalty you get personal customer service, not an digital recording service. You are greeted when entering their business and even walked out to your vehicle upon leaving. These are the things that make your experience with Royalty stand out among the rest. They make you feel special and not just a customer.

As usual the staff at Royalty was upbeat, efficient, and delightful. The work was done as promised, and, surprise, surprise, cost less than the initial estimate. I don't doubt my 22 year old truck has at least another ten good years thanks to Royalty.
