Brought our Honda in for service here for the first time last week. Totally satisfied with all aspects of our experience. First off, reviews do matter as long as they are honest reviews. I read many reviews of local automotive shops in the area and there are plenty to say the least. Many are good but not great. Many are major liars and only want your money. Many do not have the experience to work on half the vehicles they touch. I will say that royalty auto service is a shop I would recommend to anyone wanting honest work done in a clean environment. I scheduled with them to have my drive train checked out and fluids validated as I am going to take a road trip. I believe and know they do what they say. They take videos and pics of your vehicle before during and after service, as well as explain the whole process. I am very pleased and it is much more cost effective than going to a dealer.

The person that call me before and after you all did the work was a very nice person... I am very happy that you all took my visa card so I was able to help my daughter.. Thank you... I also feel like you make sure that my daughter's car was taken care of so Lindsey and I know that it is safe to drive...
