Excellent job!

My son is in the Marines and stationed at Kings Bay. His truck needed repair and I googled like most everyone would do that lives 3 and 1/2 hours away and I found Royalty. I read some reviews and they were very good so that is who I called. They went above and beyond from arranging the roll back to pick it up to getting not only the obvious problem that he had fixed to doing an inspection and finding more serious problems that could have resulted in a serious crash for my son. I know it seems like every business these days is behind because of staff and parts shortages but Royalty got my sons truck to the shop, made all repairs and were finished in three days which I did not expect. This level of service is unheard of these days. If you need a REAL shop to take care of your needs this is the one. I wish they were closer to my home.

ABOVE AND BEYOND doesn't even begin to describe the quality of customer service that I received from EVERY single employee I encountered at ROYALTY AUTO. You can't put a price on the level of care royalty auto provides. I could go on and on about how truly amazing they are but I will end on this note....I will never trust another auto shop with my car again as long as I live in camden county. Royalty Auto... you guys rock!!!

Absolutely the best at everything for your car!

This was my first visit to Royalty as I'm new to the area. I was glad to see there is a local shop that is knowledgeable with Mercedes autos and willing to take a fair, common sense approach to maintaining my car. They rendered great customer and mechanical service. The upfront people were very helpful to their clients even if it meant referring them to another shop. My car was done as promised, and cleaned inside and out! Nice touch! I would definitely refer them to others and use them again!

They are amazing and got me in very quickly everything was taken care of, car was cleaned and washed and vacuumed when I got it back with a rose on the dashboard . What more could he ask for. Amazing . Amazing
