Royalty picked my truck up first thing this morning after something happened on the way to work. They had it back to me before I left work! Superior customer service!

I needed an oil change, so after having a great experience with them once before for something else, I decided to give them my business this time around. I am in shock at the level of customer service I received from their entire crew. They got me in and out quickly. They were super friendly, helpful, and responsive. They gave me a courtesy ride back to my house so I didn’t have to wait, and then DELIVERED my vehicle back to me for free. They found a nail in my tire and patched it for me. Plus they gave me a detailed report of their full inspection findings, including pictures, and gave their recommendations along with pricing. Oh and they detailed it inside and out and brought me flowers 💐. Amazing experience and the price was comparable to my old place.

I was having a bad day after my tire went flat on my way to work. But when I came into Royalty for help they were more than happy to help get me back on the road in no time! This is the second time and second vehicle that I have had serviced at Royalty Auto. My second vehicle is a 2012 and only has 64K miles on it and spends most of the time in the garage. I am preparing to take a trip with this vehicle and wanted to be sure it was ship shape and squared away for said trip. I brought the vehicle in and the duty crew did the initial inspection. I was sent a text message with the recommended maintenance and preventative maintenance items that was required. I made a call to them and asked for recommendations on how to proceed and made a determination on what was required and what could wait for future services. After a quick discussion we formulated the required plan to get the vehicle to the point where it would be tip top for the trip. When I picked the vehicle up from its service the vehicle was cleaner than when I brought it. It looks like they cleaned the vehicle inside and out. So, If you want quality service for your vehicle then Royalty Auto Service is the place where you want to go. Highly recommended! :)

Royalty Auto did a great job, I appreciated how friendly and clean their building was. I am amazed when they said they wash my Expedition inside and out. It looks great, especially the inside. The rose was nice too! Il be back for sure! All I had done was an oil change!

As always, the front desk staff was delightful and efficient. The ride service adds convenience to the process. Most importantly, the work on my truck I received was top notch.
